Thomas P. Chamberlain, MS, DVM, DAVDC
Dr. Chamberlain is an AVDC Board Certified Specialist in Veterinary Dentistry and Oral Surgery, one of just over 100 veterinarians in the world to have earned this advanced training and degree. He established AD&OS in 1999 with a commitment to specialty oral and dental care for family pets.

Dr. Chamberlain, who was raised in Central New York State, attended the State University of New York at Buffalo on a full football scholarship. He received his B.A. and M.S. degrees in biology from the SUNY at Buffalo and is an honors (Phi Zeta) graduate of the Cornell University School of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery.

Dr. Chamberlain owned and operated a small animal hospital and was in private general veterinary practice for 18 years. He is a regular educator and trainer in the area of Veterinary Oral Health and is a frequent lecturer on oral health topics.

Dr. Chamberlain has been married to his wife, Julie, for over 33 years. Together they have a daughter, son, one grandson, four cats and a dog. Dr. Chamberlain is physically active, loves history and is an avid golfer.

Jenn Squires, LVT
Jenn joined the AD&OS team in February 2009, although she has been in the veterinary field since 2002. She attended Virginia Tech for two years before transferring to the Community College of Baltimore County, where she graduated magna cum laude with an AAS degree in Veterinary Technology. Jenn received her license in 2005 and she plans to become a Veterinary Technician Specialist (Dentistry) under the mentorship of Dr. Chamberlain. She actively supports the Northern Virginia Spay/Neuter Alliance and Clinic [NoVA-SNAC], an outreach program of The SPCA of Northern Virginia which is dedicated to ending pet overpopulation. Jenn currently lives in Leesburg with her Rottweiler named Roxy and six cats named Chloe, Sneakers, Quiksilver, Mocha Joe, Malibu and Sangria.

Michele Elam
Michele, who joined AD&OS in 2007 as a receptionist and assistant, was born and raised in Maryland where she attended Anne Arundel Community College and worked as a Unit Secretary at a human hospital before moving to Virginia with her husband. Prior to joining our team, she focused on raising their three children and caring for her dog, Lily, and cat, Doe.
